The California Court of Appeals heard oral arguments April 22 on our appeal of the Superior Court's judgment on our petition challenging the City's certification of the EIR for the massive development at 901 16th Street and 1200 17th Streets, at the former Corovan site. The project, comprising 395 residential units, and covering 3.5 acres, would be one of the largest ever proposed on Potrero Hill. We expect a ruling within the next 90 days.
