Grow Potrero Responsibly and Save the Hill have filed a CEQA lawsuit challenging the environmental review conducted for the massive development at 901 16th Street and 1200 17th Streets, at the former Corovan site. The project, comprising 395 residential units, and covering 3.5 acres, would be one of the largest ever proposed on Potrero Hill. A hearing was held on May 12 in Superior Court. We expect a ruling sometime this fall.

Support Maxwell Commons
We are partnering with Friends of Jackson Park to secure funding and activate a new neighborhood recreation space in the unused lower schoolyard behind Enola Maxwell School. Our proposal to kick start a Shared Schoolyards Project has just been granted a District 10 Participatory Budget grant of $25,000.
Participatory budgeting is a democratic process that gives community members the opportunity to set budgeting priorities and make decisions on what community projects should be funded. Voting is open to any resident of District 10, ages 16 and up, regardless of citizenship. Find more information at sfpbd.sfgov.org/d10/vote
